AI-Driven Way:

1. I feed in a short creative brief (2 mins)
   

2. AI generates 3 variations with different tones/angles
   

3. Zapier pushes these into Notion + auto-tags them
   

4. I pick the best, paste into my landing page builder
   → Done in under 15 minutes.
   → Saves ~2–3 hours per project.
   → Repeatable. Scalable. Profitable.
   

And that’s one micro-system. I’ve got 7 of them stitched together now.

🧩 How to Start Thinking Like a System-Builder

Here’s a mindset shift:

Stop asking “How can AI help me today?”
Start asking “What annoying process can I fully delegate to AI?”

Look for:

• Things you do more than twice a week
  

• Processes with clear steps and predictable inputs/outputs
  

• Any repetitive writing, sorting, summarizing, or structuring
  

Then plug in tools like:

• Chat GPT + Custom GPTs
  

• Zapier / Make
  

• Notion / Airtable
  

• Whalesync / SheetAI / Claude (for more advanced flows)
  

Start tiny. Win fast. Scale later.
